Introduction to On-Line Bidding

Welcome to On-Line Bidding for the Women of Vision Orange County Spring Event. We have a wonderful selection of enticing items available for viewing at your pleasure any time, day or night. You are encouraged to bid generously as all proceeds go to Women of Vision Orange County to support our local and international projects. Feel free to learn about the projects we support on our website. Please keep in mind that bidding is a binding contract and that bidders should be prepared to honor their financial commitment within 24 hours of the close of bidding.

When you are ready to place a bid on an item you will be asked to register with your Name, Email and Phone number. Next, you will select a log in name and password which you will use to log in to our system and bid at your convenience any time prior to the close of bidding. Each item has a designated starting bid and incremental bid. On-line bidding will be closed on Friday, May 4th at 10:00am, 24 hours prior to the event, to allow bidding to be transferred to the event.

Bidding will resume in person at the event on Saturday, May 5th at 10:00am and continue until 12:00 noon. All winners present at the event will be expected to pay for and pick up their items on site at the end of the event. Winners not present will be notified by email within 24 hours and be expected to respond within 24 hours of being contacted to arrange for payment and pick up. If the highest bidder does not respond within 24 hours the second highest bidder will be awarded the item. Payment for items will be in the form of cash, check or credit card.
