Join us for the WOV JRS 2nd meeting! 

Speaker: Cory Trenda, World Vision California Managing Director will update us on the Las Palmas area project. He will go over some of the plans for our trip to Tijuana, Mexico to visit many of our sponsored children and the WV projects we support. He will be featuring his new book “Reflections from Afar” (unexpected blessings for those who “have” from those who "don’t") and you can purchase one for $10.00 at his signing.  

We hope to see you and share in hearing how Cory has one foot firmly planted among the world’s poorest and the other firmly planted among the world’s richest. Traveling into the midst of human suffering and poverty, then returning to his home in the  world’s wealthiest country, Cory began writing about his struggles to live as a Christ-follower, integrating his global experiences into his understanding of Jesus’ life and message.
